Welcome to Trivia Night Fever. Established in 2000, with 11 years of experience in the trivia industry, we are the largest, most professional and entertaining Trivia Company in Victoria. Trivia Night Fever hosts are guaranteed to run the night smoothly, quickly and ensure everybody has a great time. Using high quality equipment, our unique trivia show is projected on to a large screen with amplified speakers propped on stands making it easier for people to hear the show, allowing all participants even in large hall, to hear the show without being ‘blasted’. We also offer more! Trivia Night Fever also provides, as part of our service, assistance with fundraising. We supply sporting /music/movie memorabilia on consignment for sale on silent auctions tables. We also give your organisation free memorabilia with all fundraising bookings. Please refer to the catalogue on this web site of available items that we can bring on the night. We will mix our items in with your donated items your organisations. Your organisation will make all the profits over the reserve price for any memorabilia sold on the night. Trivia Night Fever will work with your organisation to arrange a night that also allows for your own individual fundraising efforts to be included on the night. This may include your own silent auctions, corner game, raffles, speeches or DVD presentations to name a few. < Separate page> Corporate Trivia Night About your Trivia Night: • Full run sheet is provided, ensuring the night finishes on time • Corporate Trivia Nights can be run for 2 hours, with finger food on tables, or 2-3 hours with full dinner service. We will cater to your individual requirements. • Assistance with the layout of the room is provided so all guests on the night are comfortable and have adequate room to move around • Your organisation is to provide the venue, with tables and chairs –please ensure there are no pillars that will impede the view • Each table of 8-10 guests will be numbered, competing with each other to be the Trivia Champions on the night • Prizes need to be supplied for the winning table and game winners • Bidding sheets are provided for all memorabilia items supplied by Trivia Night Fever • People can bring their own food and drink (alcohol) to consume on the night • Invitation flyers are also supplied so people have the relevant details of the night • All the questions are numbered on the screen so you always know where you are up to • Every person in the room will be entertained : people will get up and dance/sing • People will not be forced to do anything they don’t want to do ,we just make sure its done safely • The questions are mostly nostalgic, so everyone can participate. • We are best known for our games that all can join in! • Coloured answer sheets that are provided along with pens. • Guests are free to bring your cameras and videos on the night. Most importantly, you are guaranteed a great night. Trivia Night Fever is simply FUN! What happens on the night. The Trivia Night host will arrive at the venue half an hour before the night is due to commence, to set up the equipment and place memorabilia (if requested) around the room with bidding sheets. Within the first half an hour, guests are able to bid for memorabilia items, have a drink and socialise before the start of the trivia night. The start of the night will commence with video trivia. The Trivia Night Fever host will wander around the room freely using a cordless microphone. In the first hour, Trivia topics covered can include: * Music Clips * Movies * TV * Sport * Famous Faces There are over 20 questions per topic. Answer sheets are passed to another table for correction, with scores of each table added up by the Trivia Night host. A game* and free memorabilia will be auctioned during this time. In the next hour, time can be provided for meals to be served as well as drinks At the completion of the meal, games as well as the music round will commence, where people are encouraged to get up and participate in the night (e.g. dancing, singing, limbo, push-ups etc). At the conclusion of the evening, bid sheets are collated, placed in table order and re-distributed for payment (If applicable). Up to 10 raffle prizes can be drawn (if applicable), thank-you’s can be completed, all table scores announced and prizes handed out to the winning table. Money is collected for Trivia Night memorabilia sales. Venue cleanup can now commence, including pack up of Trivia Night Fever equipment. *Note regarding games: For 3 of the games, prizes will need to be supplied (to the value of $10 approx). For other games, bonus points will be awarded to tables. Between 7:00 and 7:30pm guests are able to bid for memorabilia and silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets and any other fundraising activities you are undertaking. Note – bidding sheets are provided for all Trivia Night Fever memorabilia. At 7:30pm the night will commence with video trivia. The Trivia Night Fever host will wander around the room freely using a cordless microphone. Between 7:30 and 8:30pm the trivia topics covered can include: * Music Clips * Movies * TV * Sport * Famous Faces There are over 20 questions per topic. Answer sheets are passed to another table for correction, with scores of each table added up by the Trivia Night host. A game* and free memorabilia will be auctioned during this time. Between 8: 30 and 9:30pm (approx), fundraising activities* (e.g. whiskey bottle game*, corner game*, raffles etc) can be undertaken. Between 9:30 and 10:30pm, the music round will commence, where people are encouraged to get up and participate in the night (e.g. dancing, singing, limbo, push-ups etc). Additionally, at this time, Trivia Night Fever can auction two items of yours (if applicable). Between 10:30 and 11:00 silent auctions conclude, bid sheets are collated, placed in table order and re-distributed for payment. Up to 10 raffle prizes can be drawn, thank-you’s can be completed, all table scores announced and prizes handed out to the winning table (one prize per person). Note: If there are more than 10 raffle prizes the night will go past 11:00pm After 11:00 pm, money is collected for Trivia Night memorabilia sales and your own.
